Please follow the steps below so we can better assist you with finding a resolution:

Step 1: Test the battery using a volt multi-meter. Please check out this video for how to test the battery. https://youtu.be/mC5EjeJVv5M

If the battery fails the test, it is time to replace the battery. Please request the following part: Battery

Step 2:  Make sure the car is not overloaded. Please reference the weight capacity in the owner's manual and do not exceed the recommended weight.

Step 3: Test the high/low gear switch. Please check out this video for how to test the high/low gear switch: https://youtu.be/qkuZ-MIyIxk

If the gear switch test passes please request the following part: High/Low Gear Switch

Step 4: Test the motors. Make sure all the motors are receiving equal power. Please check out this video for how to test the motors: https://youtu.be/6koGiCWL-R8

If motors are not receiving enough power the car will be slow.
