The battery on my order dies fastUpdated a year ago

Please follow the steps below so we can better assist you with finding a resolution:

Step 1: Test the charger using a volt multi-meter. Please check out this video for how to test the charger.  https://youtu.be/mC5EjeJVv5M

If charger fails the charging test please request the following part: Charger

If the charger passes the charging test please proceed to Step 2.

Step 2: Test the battery using a volt multi-meter. Please check out this video for how to test the battery. https://youtu.be/mC5EjeJVv5M

If the battery fails the test, it is time to replace the battery. Please request the following part: Battery

Step 3:  Make sure the car is not overloaded. Please reference the weight capacity in the owner's manual and do not exceed the recommended weight.

Step 4: Make sure all wires are securely connected for all wires located under the dash, seat and pedal. Test the car to see if this fixes the issue.

Step 5: Test the motors. Make sure all the motors are receiving equal power. https://youtu.be/6koGiCWL-R8

If motors are receiving too much power this will drain the battery.
