I'm missing an item from my order, what do I do?Updated a year ago

If your order contains multiple items, they may be shipped separately. We ship from multiple locations to ensure you receive your items as fast as possible.

If an item is missing from your order, it may be preparing to ship or already in route to deliver on a separate day. Once all items have been shipped you will receive an email containing all tracking numbers associated with each item.
